3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Submitted by: Jenna Mazzoni, Undergraduate Student, English

This recipe is easy and delicious. Using three common ingredients, you can whip up a delicious snack. The cookies go perfectly with a glass of milk, a cup of coffee, or a cup of tea. I always make this when I need something sweet but don’t want to go anywhere to get it. This recipe is a favorite in my family!
