Homemade Pork Dumplings

I love Asian food and love, love, love dumplings!

Ingredients
| 1⁄2 lb ground pork | 1 cup cabbage | 1⁄2 cup green onion |

| 1 tsp grated ginger | 1 tsp chopped garlic | 3 tbsp soy sauce |
| 1 tbsp sesame oil | Dumpling wrappers |
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients for the filling. Mix well.
- Scoop a spoonful of the filling into each dumpling wrapper. Wet the edge of the wrapper with a bit of water and fold the wrapper in half. Pinch the wrapper in the middle, and then fold it over on each side.
- Fry, steam, or boil your sealed dumpling.
- For the sauce, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili paste in a small bowl, to taste.
