Mango Smoothie

This recipe takes me back to my Island roots with an American twist.

Ingredients

½ cup mango (fresh or frozen) ¼ cup pineapple ⅛ cup almond milk (or any milk)
⅛ tsp lime juice (or squeeze of lime) 1-2 ice cubes ½ tsp of Chamoy

Sprinkle of Tajin (optional)

Instructions

  • You can use fresh or frozen mango and a little pineapple with some ice into a blender.
  • Blend with a little pineapple and lime juice for about 5 minutes or until completely blended.
  • Top off with a bit of chamoy and a dash of taijin if you like a bit of spice.
  • Serve and enjoy!
