Moelleux au Chocolat

This recipe brings me back to the village in France where I grew up. This cake is the first memory I have of my friends at a birthday. This cake brings me back to a more simple time.

Ingredients
| 200g of dark chocolate chips | 200g of salted butter | 5 eggs |

| 180g of sugar | 40g of all purpose flour |
Instructions
- Preheat the oven for 375 degree Fahrenheit.
- Melt together the chocolate and butter on a low heat stove burner. Don’t forget to whisk the butter and chocolate while melting to make sure they don’t burn.
- In a mixing bowl add the melted butter and chocolate, the sugar, the all purpose flour, and the eggs and mix until smooth.
- Put the mixture in a buttered and floured 9-inch cake pan and let it cook for 25 minutes.
