Wasabi Wow!

Friends sharing with friends is the best kind of appetizer to pass as you spend some lovely time together. When you make something versus buying something, it shows you care about each other enough to fuss a little. Just add a Cosmo or some wine and enjoy your time together with this appetizer!

Ingredients
| One 8-ounce package cream cheese. | 1 tube of wasabi paste | 1-2 tbsp soy sauce |

| Sesame seeds | Rice crackers, any flavor |
Instructions
- Open package and slice the cream cheese in half like a sandwich.
- Squeeze desired amount of wasabi paste on bottom half the cream cheese. Cover to make it like a sandwich
- Put this in a small oval dish so it all stays together.
- Cover with several tablespoons of soy sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds; use spoon to push into top of cream cheese.
- Serve with any flavor of rice crackers. (Hint: regular crackers just won’t be the same!) I like to provide some little spreaders for ease of adding to crackers.
- Enjoy your Wasabi Wow Dip – it’s a fan favorite for any party or gathering!
